Paula Keller, M.P.H.

Senior Policy Advisor

Ms. Keller received her M.P.H. in public health policy and administration from the University of Michigan in 1994. She serves as the Deputy Director of the Addressing Tobacco in Healthcare Research Network. She also serves as co-Principal Investigator and Project Director for a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded evaluation of the National Tobacco Quitline Network.

Prior to joining the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, she worked as a program manager for a state medical society and as a project officer and program analyst for the Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
